分類描述：白介素-20 受體 (IL-20R) 是 IL-19、IL-20 和 IL-24 白介素的受體，由 IL-20RA 和 IL-20RB 分別編碼的 IL-20 的 α 亞基 (IL-20RA) 和 β 亞基 (IL-20RB) 二聚化組成。IL-20R 屬于 II 型細(xì)胞因子受體家族，在皮膚中高度表達(dá)，說明可能參與表皮功能[1]。并且，IL-20RA 和 IL-20RB 還在銀屑病皮損角化細(xì)胞中上調(diào)表達(dá)[2]。特別的是，IL-20RA 還可以與 IL-10RB 二聚化成為 IL-26 受體[4]。IL-12RB 也與 IL-22RA1 二聚成為 IL-20 和 IL-24 的受體，參與 STAT3 通路[3][4]。更重要的是，IL-20R 結(jié)合不同亞基而形成功能性異二聚體，能夠誘導(dǎo) Stat-1 和 Stat-3 轉(zhuǎn)錄因子快速，似乎在細(xì)胞生存和增殖中起作用[5]。
