PBS-P+ Buffer 10×
Phosphate buffered saline containing detergent, which is recommended as running buffer for small molecule analysis in Biacore systems. Concentrated stock solution, yielding pH 7.4 when diluted 10X and supplemented with 2% DMSO. PBS buffer with DMSO is commonly used for small molecule compound samples.
